**Your Responsibilities** - Analyze product specifications and translate them into efficient production processes, including the design and optimization of workplace layouts, workflows, tooling, and machine utilization - Develop and maintain clear, accurate work instructions and technical documentation - Provides input on process parameters such as technical capabilities of machines and other equipment - Provide hands-on technical support to production teams while leading and supporting process improvement initiatives in collaboration with shift leaders and team leads - Monitor process performance metrics (e.g., cycle times, throughput efficiency) - Act as a liaison between production, engineering, planning, purchasing, and quality teams - Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations
