Product Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the first phase of redevelopment of the National Numeracy Challenge, one of the UK's most established digital numeracy learning platforms. The successful candidate will lead a six-month product discovery phase that will define the vision, priorities and requirements for a new National Numeracy Challenge. Working closely with learners, colleagues and external specialists, you will develop a deep understanding of user needs, validate product concepts and create a clear, evidence-based Product Discovery Plan that will inform future development.

You will play a critical role in ensuring National Numeracy enters the next stage of redevelopment with clarity, confidence and strong evidence to support investment and delivery decisions so that it can continue to meet the needs of learners and employers in a rapidly changing world We are looking for someone who is flexible, a self-starter andable to use their own initiative.It’s not imperative that you come from the charity sector or that you have held an equivalent role previously, as long as you can show us that you have relevant transferable skills and an understanding of what it takes to be successful in this role.
