Product Manager – Remote Europe Plexus is working with a fast-growing, regulated-grade exchange built on digital settlement rails, focused on commodities markets and institutional traders. Must-Haves: Experience building and shipping products at an exchange or trading platform (strong fintech backgrounds also considered) Ownership of user-facing product end to end: roadmap, user needs and UX/UI improvements Proficiency in Figma and a strong eye for design Experience with proven product processes and tools Scale-up experience, with a high-ownership, independent and experimental mindset Bonus Points: Background at a leading centralised exchange or major fintech Experience with institutional trading, commodities or derivatives products If this could be interesting, please apply!
