Production Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and highly detail-oriented Temporary Production Assistant to support our client who is in the printing, document finishing industry. This is a critical, hands-on role that focuses on the accurate and efficient preparation of client materials. The hours for this role will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday Duties and Responsibilities: The Temporary Production Assistant will primarily be responsible for the final stages of document preparation, ensuring materials are correctly finished and organized for mailing. Document Finishing: Perform large-volume tasks requiring high attention to detail, including accurately stapling and cutting coupon books and other documents to specification.

Manual Inserting: Execute hand inserting of various documents into envelopes accurately and efficiently. Production Support: Assist insert machine operators by collecting and organizing inserted documents as they come off the machines. Quality Control: Conduct visual checks to ensure all documents are finished and sorted correctly before distribution. Workflow Support: Maintain an active pace and positive attitude to support overall production goals and meet daily deadlines.

Experience and Qualifications: Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is required for accurate cutting, stapling, and hand inserting of documents. Work Ethic: Must be energetic, highly reliable, and possess the stamina to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks for an entire shift. Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are necessary for document handling and inserting.

Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with machine operators and other team members. Prior experience in a mailroom, fulfillment, or light production environment is a plus. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 Per Hour
