Production Coordinator

We are looking for a production coordinator/sales assistant to join our team. Job duties include: – Follow up with leads; schedule and participate in sales calls – Create proposals and contracts for projects – Find and book crew for shoots – Coordinate with accounting to invoice clients – Basic marketing assistance tasks including email contact collection from a database, working with SEO software to optimize web pages, and assisting with marketing-related tasks for clients The ideal candidate should preferably be located in Fresno, CA; however, remote work arrangements are also acceptable.
