Program Manager - Affiliate/JV Management

We are seeking a Program Manager - Affiliate/JV Management to join our In and Out of Kingdom Affiliate Alignment team within Group Transformation & Advisory Department. What you'll do Lead strategic initiatives to ensure operational and governance alignment between Saudi Aramco’s Corporate Center and its affiliates. Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Affiliate Alignment Framework, mapping affiliate businesses to a common governance and operating model.

Develop, refine, and execute the Affiliate Playbook, incorporating best practices for shared ways of working and standardizing governance while allowing for business-specific flexibility. What you need A Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management or a related major. An advanced degree is preferred. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in top-tier consulting firms, sovereign wealth funds, or multinational group advisory roles.
