Title: Marketing Technology Program Manager Location: Remote (open to onsite MPK or NYC) Duration: 11W, 4D Compensation: $46 - $66 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Marketing Technology Program Manager Summary Lead company transition to RainFocus as its event management platform. Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies across Marketing and Events teams.
Coordinate platform migration from Splash and Cvent, including workflow mapping, templates and configuration alignment. Design and deliver user training, office hours, quick-start guides and role-based documentation. Act as the primary liaison between company stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor. Track adoption KPIs, manage feature requests and establish a sustainable support and knowledge management model.
