We are #BridgePartnersProud.Your role as Program ManagerAs a Program Manager at Bridge Partners, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that drive business outcomes for our clients. You’ll work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, or technology, depending on the engagement, and you’ll ensure programs are scoped, planned, and executed with precision. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned professional, we’re looking for Program Managers who are collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results.

We have opportunities across a range of client environments and project types to match different levels of experience.This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii.How you’ll contributeDrive the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs, ensuring alignment to business objectivesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, timelines, and deliverablesTrack and manage program milestones and timelines, proactively addressing risks and dependenciesCommunicate progress clearly and regularly to clients and internal leadershipFoster collaborative environments, ensuring teams are supported, informed, and alignedDevelop playbooks, process documentation, and insights that support continuous improvementYour skills and approach3–10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a consulting or technology environmentStrong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive consensusExperience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project)Comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting priorities, and managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyA growth mindset with a passion for problem-solving and creating structure where there is nonePMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus, but not requiredThe hourly range for this role is $45.00 - $65.00/hour.

The actual hourly rate will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate.
