Project Engineer

Fidelity Building Contracting LLC is hiring a Project Engineer to join its growing construction team in Dubai, UAE. The role suits experienced engineers with a relevant degree who can lead site execution and coordinate clients, consultants and subcontractors. What you'll do Oversee and manage day-to-day project execution and site activities Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and work plans Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality standards Review drawings, technical documents, and project specifications Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and UAE authority requirements Attend project meetings and provide technical support to site teams Coordinate material planning, inspections, and project handover activities What you need Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Strong knowledge of project engineering and project management Experience in site execution and coordination Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines Proficiency in project management software and tools Nice to have Minimum 5+ years of UAE construction experience UAE driving licence About the company Fidelity Building Contracting LLC is a growing building contractor with a construction team in the UAE.
