Position : Project Manager - Cape We are looking for a Project Manager. Position Overview The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules. Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and policies. Manage procurement of project resources, vendors, and third-party contractors. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring expectations are met and satisfaction achieved. Conduct project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is an advantage). Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred. 7–10 years of project management experience across diverse industries. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder projects. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
