Position : Project Manager - Yambio We are looking for a Project Manager. Position summary The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, supervision, coordination, and reporting of the Cooperative Development & Livelihood Project. The role ensures timely delivery of project activities in line with donor requirements, HWW policies, and safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities Lead project planning, implementation, and workplan management Supervise Project Officers and Project Assistants Ensure quality delivery of livelihood and cooperative development activities Coordinate with MEAL, Finance, Operations teams, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with donor regulations and HWW procedures Produce timely narrative and internal reports Integrate safeguarding, PSEA, and accountability mechanisms into daily implementation Identify and manage operational, programmatic, and safeguarding risks Required profile for job ad : Project Manager - Yambio Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field 3–5 years’ experience managing NGO or INGO projects Experience managing donor-funded projects, preferably in livelihoods or cooperative programming Strong team leadership, coordination, and reporting skills Prior experience working in South Sudan or similar contexts is an advantage Competencies Project cycle management Team leadership and supervision Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent communication and coordination High integrity and commitment to safeguarding principles Job criteria for job ad : Project Manager - Yambio Job category : Management Industries : Social, public and human services Employment type : Fixed-term contract Region : Yambio City : Yambio Experience level : 2 to 5 years - 5 to 10 years - More than 10 years Educational level : Bachelor Number of Position(s) : 1 Management Leadership Compliance Planning Team Leadership Be cautious!
