Project Manager (Mechanical Construction) Project Manager is responsible for managing mechanical HVAC/Plumbing/Piping construction projects during all phases of development to job completion. Demonstrated ability to excel in these areas of project management: scheduling, budgeting/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, and a familiarity with mechanical and plumbing construction activities for a variety of projects including Healthcare, Institutional, Industrial and Governmental.
This position reports to President/CEO. BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ENGINEERING PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience with large mechanical and plumbing construction projects during all phases of development to job completion. Experience with Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing/Piping, and Government Contracting. Experience creating bid documents and bids for subcontracts and vendors.
