Job Title: Promotional Review EditorLocation: Hybrid Role (50% on-site) at Princeton Pike or Giralda FarmsSalary Range: $26.00/hrIntroductionThis role involves three primary responsibilities: completing editorial reviews of promotional and internal materials, performing Comment Verification to ensure Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) advice has been correctly incorporated, and facilitating live meetings where MLR advisors review materials and provide risk assessments.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; preference in English, Communications, Business, Marketing.Strong interpersonal and communications skills.Strong autonomy and time management skills.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with Veeva PromoMats or MLR review.Experience in medical or pharma.Familiarity with regulatory affairs, specifically with FDA, OPDP, and 2253 submissions.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesReview promotional and internal materials for clarity and accuracy using Veeva PromoMats.Ensure materials align with style guide guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Facilitate discussions of promotional and internal materials and capture live comments from MLR Advisors in Veeva PromoMats.Company Benefits & CultureSupportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Flexible working arrangements.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
