Property Manager

$75k – Direct Hire Monitoring occupancy, scheduling move-in and move-out activities, and tracking turnover. Interacting with residents to meet their day-to-day needs. Resolving resident issues and maintaining a harmonious residential community. Hiring and managing maintenance personnel, addressing staffing issues as they arise, and submitting payroll. Working with the maintenance team to identify capital needs and recommending a plan for preventative maintenance and property improvements.

Developing the annual budget, and managing the property’s expenses. Ensuring the timely payment of vendor invoices (i.e., accounts payable). Generating financial reports and responding to corporate requests.
