Medicus has partnered with a facility in southeastern Virginia that has a contract assignment for a Psychiatrist to assist their team. Assignment Overview: Schedule: 8-hour day, night, swing, or weekend shifts Beeper call shifts required Strong background in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and psychiatric stabilization Experience managing treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions preferred Must be board-certified or board-eligible Paid travel & expenses During your time off, paddle through serene waterways in a vast national wildlife refuge, hike or bike along scenic trails through protected wetlands, and explore a historic village with deep roots in early American history.
