In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our childcare management software through a combination of manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities Perform various types of testing including Functional, Regression, Acceptance, Smoke, and Exploratory testing Design and execute automated tests using Selenium/WebDriver Understand and work with relational databases; write and execute SQL queries Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members in an Agile development environment Ensure timely identification, documentation, and tracking of software defects Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and contribute to QA best practices Perform manual testing where automation is not feasible (Bonus): Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) is a strong advantage Required Skills & Qualifications 3 7 years of experience in software quality assurance Strong experience in automation testing with Selenium Good understanding of Agile methodologies Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and analyze queries Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Knowledge of Java for automation scripting is desirable Opportunity to work on meaningful products with real-world impact A collaborative, innovation-driven work culture Exposure to the full product lifecycle Competitive compensation and growth opportunities If you're passionate about quality, automation, and continuous improvement and you're excited to be part of a dynamic and growing team we d love to hear from you!
