Quality Manager (Advanced Electronic Manufacturing)

Lead and develop the plant Quality team and quality organization to support a growing advanced electronics manufacturing environment by achieving quality objectives Ensure consistent quality of our electronics manufacturing processes and products, from incoming materials to finished goods Create transparency on quality performance by monitoring quality issues, key KPIs, process deviations, and improvement actions Drive practical quality improvement and structured problem solving, including root-cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.

Plan, implement, and follow up on the audit program to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Lead supplier quality activities including incoming quality, supplier corrective actions, change control Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other relevant functions to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and strengthen production quality Foster an open error reporting culture with early escalation, rapid containment, and strong root cause prevention
