Quantitative Developer

Rust Quant Developer Remote (US or EU timezones preferred) Competitive base + discretionary bonus + tokens Plexus is partnered with an on-chain derivatives platform. They operate both a crypto exchange and a separate prop market making team, integrating closely with Hyperliquid and other data feeds to price and provide liquidity around the clock. They are looking for a Rust Quant Developer to join the market making team, owning the options infrastructure and low-latency systems as the sole engineer on a small, high-performing prop desk.

Role: Building and hardening options infrastructure and order management systems in Rust. Designing and integrating new market data feeds from on-chain and external vendors. Reducing latency and improving system architecture across the trading stack. Managing cloud infrastructure and DevOps tasks on AWS. Requirements: Strong Rust programming experience in a production trading environment. AWS and cloud infrastructure or DevOps experience.

Experience with crypto markets, ideally including Hyperliquid or similar venues. Background in options or market making, in crypto or TradFi. If this sounds like you, feel free to apply!
