Responsibilities: Lead RAN optimisation across multi-technology networks including 2G, 4G and 5G Focus on 5G feature optimisation including DSS and voice services such as VoLTE and VoNR Analyse network KPIs and performance data to drive improvements Troubleshoot live network performance issues Produce technical documentation and analysis reports Engage directly with customers and stakeholders Support delivery across deployment and post-deployment optimisation Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Strong experience in RAN optimisation Hands-on knowledge of 5G NR features and performance tuning Experience with legacy 2G GSM networks Exposure to multi-vendor environments Understanding of DSS, VoLTE, VoNR and network performance metrics Soft Skills Customer-facing experience Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in remote setups Contract Details: Contract Length: 12 Months Location: Remote Salary: €200 Per Day
