We're looking for a relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiter to help grow our brokerage by recruiting experienced, producing real estate agents who are ready to take their business to the next level.
What We're Looking For Minimum of two years of recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience (real estate industry experience preferred). Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Confident in making outbound calls and developing new business relationships. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
