Recruiter | $30–42/hr | Worldwide Remote We are looking for a skilled and driven Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and helping build high-performing teams across various functions. Key Responsibilities Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes efficiently and professionally Stay current on job market trends to inform sourcing strategies and candidate outreach Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture Leverage sales techniques to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines Required Skills Proven experience in sourcing and talent acquisition Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation abilities Solid interviewing skills with a structured, candidate-friendly approach Familiarity with current job market trends and hiring best practices Effective sales and communication skills to attract and engage top talent This is a fully remote contract opportunity open to candidates worldwide.
