WE ARE HIRING REGIONAL ASSISTANT MANAGER – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY: CALL CENTRE On behalf of our client, we’re seeking a Regional Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to execute learning initiatives across multiple centres. This role includes coordinating and facilitating leadership and behavioral training, administering assessments, tracking outcomes, and supporting follow-up learning reinforcement.

RESPONSIBILITIES Support the execution of the quarterly learning calendar in collaboration with the Regional L&D Manager. Facilitate leadership and functional programs, including First-Time Manager and behavioral skills training. Coordinate nominations, scheduling, and communication with learners across sites. Administer assessments and collect feedback to measure the effectiveness of learning.

Maintain accurate training records and LMS updates in alignment with governance requirements. Conduct post-program reinforcement, including refreshers, action planning, and learner-manager check-ins. Promote learning programs via internal mailers, session reminders, and success story highlights. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. At least 5+ years in a call centre, including 2-3 years in Learning & Development.

Strong planning, scheduling, and multi-site coordination experience. Working knowledge of LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual facilitation tools. Works effectively with site HR, L&D Champions, and facilitators; organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
