Our client is a growing Distribution Company within consumer goods who’s looking to hire a talented Regional Director of Ops. This is an ON-SITE role that can be located in either Laval or Toronto. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.Regional Director of Operations:Must have strong experience in either Wholesale, Retail or 3PL operationsMust be bilingual in French/EnglishWill be managing a region of a few distribution centers, each with it's own GM who oversees all aspects of operations from warehouse, to fleet, to sales, and so onExperience managing multiple sites is preferableExposure to P&L/budget management is highly desirableMust be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the timeSalary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTOOur client is healthy and growing in Canada.
