In this role, you’ll provide direct care to patients with complex mental health needs — including individuals diagnosed with personality disorders — within secure, therapeutic inpatient environments. You’ll work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to deliver trauma-informed, recovery-focused care that supports long-term stability and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based psychiatric nursing care Administer medications and monitor patient responses Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately Promote patient dignity, engagement, and therapeutic relationships Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements What Espirita Offers Competitive pay: $45–$65 USD per hour, based on experience and specialty Comprehensive U.S.
