Responsibilities Perform current-state assessment and gap analysis of existing REMIT processes and controls Translate REMIT requirements into practical business and operational requirements, including governance and roles Assess consistency of REMIT implementation across locations and identify regulatory risks Partner with Front Office, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to define the target-state operating model Define and prioritise remediation actions and develop an implementation roadmap Review transaction and fundamental data reporting, market abuse controls, and disclosure obligations Produce documentation to support internal governance and audit reviews Requirements Strong practical knowledge of REMIT and European energy/commodity market regulation Experience within energy and/or commodities trading and the trade lifecycle Demonstrable experience translating regulation into business processes and operating procedures Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and remediation programmes Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including process mapping and requirements gathering Preferred Qualifications Working experience with Endur trading system and SCILA surveillance Knowledge of EMIR and other European transaction/regulatory reporting regimes Understanding of REMIT reporting processes and interaction with RRMs and ACER Experience working within Switzerland or supporting European cross-border operations About the Company Luxoft is a DXC Technology Company providing specialized software development and IT services to global clients across various industries.
