Position : Restaurant Manager - Accra - Airport Residential We are looking for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s signature restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team development. This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and aligns with Marriott’s global standards of service and quality Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and safety across all dining areas Implement Marriott brand standards and service protocols Operational Management Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and scheduling Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure timely and accurate food delivery Oversee reservations, table management, and special event execution Financial Performance Monitor and control food and labor costs Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue Ensure accurate cash handling and POS reconciliation Team Leadership Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations Maintain proper documentation for inspections and audits Uphold Marriott’s sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives Required profile for job ad : Restaurant Manager - Accra - Airport Residential Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred 6-10 years of restaurant or F&B management experience, ideally in a 4-5 hotel setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Ghanaian hospitality regulations and international service standards Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
