Job Description * Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies * Evaluate daily operations * Plan and organize daily operations * Recruit staff * Supervise staff * Train staff * Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms * Organize and maintain inventory * Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities * Address customers' complaints or concerns * Provide customer service 2.

Requirements • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • 2-3 years of relevant work experience • Strong communication skills (English proficiency) • Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills 3.
