-Leads, trains and keeps a front-of-house team that cares. What you bring: 3+ years in premium dining, with experience leading a front-of-house team. You live in Dubai, or are willing to relocate from another Emirate. Japanese cuisine knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. Full time.
