Restaurant Manager – Saba Foods Restaurant Employer: Saba Foods Restaurant Business Address: 2881 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC, V6H 3J4 Position: Restaurant Manager Vacancies: 1 Wage: $38.50/hour Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: Analyze the budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Conduct performance reviews Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Address customers' complaints or concerns Requirements: Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to 3 years in food service sector and Supervisory experience required.
