Retail Market Staff

Grow Something Meaningful With Us We're growing, and we're looking for retail market staff with a passion for food, plants, people, and purposeful work — full-time and part-time positions available . If you love variety and creativity in your work and want to be part of a place that feeds and enriches the community, you'll feel right at home ringing up customers, stocking fresh produce, baking fresh cookies, and serving up smiles with our soft-serve ice cream.

Our operation includes an onsite market with farm-fresh produce, baked goods, homemade soft serve & more, a Garden Center of plants & mulch, and a working farm with greenhouses & field-grown crops. Culture is the backbone of our business — and we'd love for you to be part of it. We're located in South Jersey, less than an hour from the Jersey shore & Philadelphia. Several Anabaptist churches are within 45 minutes.

If you value purpose, teamwork, and creativity, we'd love to meet you. Click HERE for more information
