Retail Store Manager

Asylum Board Shops is looking for a Store Manager for our store located in Oceanside California. Job Description: • Opening/closing store. • Supervising buyers and sales associates. • Able to train and maintain store staff. • Able to work with sales budgets. • Coordinate supplies. • Processing sales. • Merchandising product. • Provide excellent customer service. • Create and manage a good working atmosphere.

• Well organized and detail oriented. Requirements: • Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience. • Must have store merchandising experience. • Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Must be independent, self motivated, and team driven. • Purchasing experience a plus. • Available weekends/Holidays.
