Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Campus F loat RN at St. Francis Medical Center, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units. Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical while being able to consistently remain calm and positive.
Monitoring patients’ conditions and assessing their needs Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Administering patients’ medications and providing treatments according to physicians’ orders Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families Job Requirements Required Graduate of a nursing program Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ( ACLS) Required within five(5) months of hire Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within five(5) months of hire Where You'll Work A campus float pool developed by CHI Health for flexible nurses, providing high quality care to patients across multiple nursing departments.
