Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong background in circulating and scrub duties within the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while supporting surgical teams. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting, assisting with pre-operative and post-operative procedures.

Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies and procedures. Participate in patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans. Document all aspects of patient care accurately in accordance with established protocols. Demonstrate clinical competence in circulating and scrub roles during surgical procedures.

Assist in training and mentoring new staff as needed. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, or strong experience for first-time travelers. Active RN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Certification as a CNOR is preferred. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. Willingness to float within specialty and peri-operative services, including pre-op and PACU as necessary.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining a flexible approach to shifting duties. Work Schedule This position entails a rotating shift schedule consisting of 2x8 and 2x12 shifts, with flexibility to cover weekend shifts and holiday requirements. On-call duties are also part of the responsibilities, with a commitment to pre-scheduled coverage.
