Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, developing patient care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer medication and monitor patient responses. Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management.

Required Experience A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is required. Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in the state. BLS certification required. ```
