This position offers a 48-hour guarantee. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our float pool team at Northwest Medical Center. This role involves providing high-quality care in a variety of departments within the facility, including but not limited to telemetry and step-down from ICU settings.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in cardiac drips, TAVRs, and watchman mitral clips, as this unit operates at a step-down acuity level from the ICU. Responsibilities Provide patient care in compliance with established standards and protocols. Monitor and manage patients with cardiac drips and other pertinent conditions. Float between various departments and facilities as required. Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing role.
Certifications / Licensure Active Arizona RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. ```
