Sales & Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking)•Overseeing local and export sales.•Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales officer•Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and export•Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures•Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics•Responsible for preparing sales documents such as Sales Order, Invoice, documents related to sales, etc.•Responsible for coordinating with customers from receiving orders until delivering products to customers.•Responsible for communicating and coordinating within the organization to ensure smooth delivery.•Setting sales quotas and goals•Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team •Interpretation support for management (interpretation and translation at meetings and on-site) * Salary: 50,000 THB (Consideration based on ability) * Others: Working Time/Day: Monday to Friday- Provident Fund- Social security- Wedding congratulations- Annual bonus
