Sales & Marketing Supervisor/Asst. Manager(Automotive Fasteners) T04401

- Develop new customers and expand business opportunities.- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers, including customer visits and entertainment activities.- Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and other requirements.- Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.- Manage new model projects from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to SOP (Start of Production) and ensure projects meet the planned schedule.- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, QA, Engineering, and Purchasing to support customer projects.- Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and customer satisfaction reports for management.- Follow company policies and procedures related to Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.
