#IND123 Sales Representative Location: Tampa, FL 33610 - This position is onsite Pay: $60,000+ year one on target earnings $45,000 yearly plus commission Typical first year commission earnings: $15,000 year 1 and will increase Type: Direct hire Schedule: Career outlook: Excellent benefits including 401K Job Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management & Sales: Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events.
Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings. New Business Development: Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively participate in networking events to expand business opportunities. Account Coordination & Project Support: Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups.
Quoting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution, and represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships. Nice to have: Print industry Bachelor’s degree Medical Qualifications: Must have (2)+ years of sales experience Associate’s Degree required Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Overnight travel is minimal, significant daily local travel required High school diploma or equivalent required Background check required Drug screening required
