SAP OTC Consultant Location: India (Offshore) Duration: 12 Months Start Date: ASAP Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to support a major SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will focus on developing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs), ensuring business requirements and end-to-end OTC processes are accurately documented and aligned with the overall solution design.
Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs). Document end-to-end OTC processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing and accounts receivable. Work with business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
Support process workshops, solution design discussions and documentation reviews. Ensure documentation aligns with SAP best practices and the agreed solution design. Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve queries, incorporate feedback and maintain documentation quality. Requirements Proven experience as an SAP OTC Consultant on implementation or transformation projects. Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and SAP SD.
Experience developing FSDs, PDDs and functional process documentation. SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within an offshore delivery model and collaborating with onshore teams.
