Job Details Job Position – Senior Accountant Company Name – Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and quotation preparation. Manage project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT filing. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial documents. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Prepare financial reports and provide financial insights to management.
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for ongoing projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE financial regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE. Experience in project-based, contracting, or service-providing companies is required. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
