Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director – Bournemouth Salary: Up to £75,000 + Outstanding Bonus + Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director to join a well-established, independent property and construction consultancy based in Bournemouth. This is a senior position within a successful Building Surveying team, offering the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial projects and professional instructions throughout the South Coast.

The role would suit an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor looking for a position offering a high level of autonomy, excellent earning potential and genuine progression within an established consultancy. Role & Responsibilities Delivering a broad range of professional Building Surveying services Contract administration and project management of refurbishment and improvement projects Preparing specifications, schedules of works and tender documentation Undertaking building surveys and technical due diligence Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants Planned maintenance and defect diagnosis Managing projects from initial instruction through to completion Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities Managing and mentoring junior members of the Building Surveying team Skills & Experience MRICS qualified Building Surveyor Strong consultancy Building Surveying background Either project or professional biased building surveying experience will be considered Good knowledge of building pathology, construction and relevant legislation Strong contract administration experience Confident managing clients and projects independently Commercially minded with strong communication skills Experience mentoring or managing junior surveyors would be advantageous Suitable for an established Senior Building Surveyor or Associate looking to progress their career Salary & Benefits Basic salary up to £75,000 depending on experience Outstanding bonus potential Hybrid working Early finish every Friday Competitive benefits package Varied portfolio of projects and professional instructions Excellent long-term career progression Opportunity to play a key role within an established and growing Building Surveying team To Apply For more information, please contact Andrew Lambert on 07568 490452 or Apply Now.
