Our client is a growing fashion retailer looking to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention and CRM strategy across multiple brands. This is a highly commercial role with responsibility for driving customer growth, engagement and revenue. Leading a team, you'll oversee CRM, email marketing, customer lifecycle campaigns, loyalty initiatives and digital acquisition channels including PPC, SEO, paid social and affiliates.
A key focus will be improving customer retention, reactivation and lifetime value through data-led CRM strategies. We're looking for a senior digital marketing professional with hands-on CRM and lifecycle marketing experience essential. You'll have a proven track record of driving customer retention and acquisition within a fashion, retail or ecommerce business, alongside team leadership experience and strong commercial awareness.
