In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with Orrin, our CEO and Founder, to drive the technological and strategic direction of our platform. As a leader within our team, you will manage and mentor a group of developers, ensuring project alignment and effective delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain our platform using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS, Tailwind, SurveyJS, MongoDB, AWS, and HTML.
Utilize your expertise in blockchain technologies, with a focus on NEAR and EVM-compatible chains. Engage in strategic planning and implementation, working closely with the CEO to align technological development with company objectives. Lead, manage, and mentor a remote team of developers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Requirements: Proven experience in Full Stack Development and team management.
Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS, and related technologies. Familiarity with blockchain, especially NEAR and EVM-compatible chains. Knowledge of Rust and Web3 is advantageous. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work remotely and coordinate with a distributed team. Rate: Negotiable, based on experience.
