Experience: 4 to 12 years Location: Pune Key Skills Required: Core Java Strong understanding of Java, Collections Framework, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. Solid grasp of both basic and advanced Java concepts. Proficiency in Spring Framework (including Spring Boot) and Hibernate. Hands-on experience in developing and consuming Web Services (REST/SOAP). Key Responsibilities: Apply strategic thinking and technical expertise to help the team achieve its goals.
Take ownership of complex technical assignments, applying creativity and deep understanding to deliver effective solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them improve their understanding of advanced concepts. Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide technical feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. Develop plans for technical upskilling within the team and provide corrective guidance as necessary.
Exercise independent judgment in developing methods and evaluating approaches to ensure successful delivery. Additional Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Microservices development. Experience with AWS, Virtualization, or Networking will be a significant plus.
