Translate complex business challenges into robust, data-driven solutions. Mentor and manage junior engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration.

Contribute to internal Centres of Excellence and help shape advanced capabilities. 🧩 What You’ll Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/Data Science, with a strong track record of deploying models in production. Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL. Practical experience with Databricks MLFlow Proven leadership in technical delivery and team management. Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
