Responsibilities: Act as escalation point within the Network Operations team Troubleshoot and support complex routing & switching environments Work with BGP, OSPF, MPLS and multicast Manage and troubleshoot firewalls and network security Handle major incidents, escalations and real-time network issues Support customer connectivity and production network changes Analyse network performance and packet-level issues Skills/Must Have: Strong routing & switching experience (BGP, Multicast) Strong firewall experience (Any next gen firewalls) Experience in high-availability or latency-sensitive environments Linux/Unix skills – desirable Python, scripting or network automation – desirable Location: London, Hybrid Salary: Up to £150,000 (Depending on experience)
