As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing effective processes, and ensuring operational systems support continued growth. The Senior Operations Manager will be a key figure in maintaining quality, accountability, and efficiency throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead the resolution of operational issues and ensure challenges are addressed efficiently and effectively. Identify root causes of recurring operational problems and implement long-term solutions. Support operational teams in delivering exceptional performance and maintaining high standards. Process Improvement & Systems Development Develop, refine, and implement operational procedures that improve consistency and efficiency.

Create documentation, workflows, and best-practice guidelines to support business growth. Ensure operational systems and data are accurate, organised, and effectively maintained. Business Growth & Expansion Support Assist with the successful launch and integration of new operational locations and projects. Support the continuous improvement of existing operations through structured planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and scalability. Reporting & Analysis Monitor operational performance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities before they impact business performance. Use data-driven insights to support operational decision-making and strategic planning. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. Ensure alignment between operational objectives and wider business goals. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in a Senior Operations Manager role or similar operational leadership position. Experience managing operations across multiple sites, projects, or business units. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Demonstrated ability to improve systems, processes, and operational performance. Excellent organisational and project management capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
