Our client is currently seeking a Senior PMO Scheduler.What you'll deliver: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Microsoft Project, ensuring accurate tracking of activities, milestones, and dependencies.Support Project Leads/Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities from initiation through completion.Manage resource loading and demand forecasting, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project communication.Process schedule change requests and maintain project schedule integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
What you require: Extensive experience scheduling technical or operational project portfolios.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools; Planview experience preferred.Experience supporting operational projects rather than capital projects is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to analyze resource capacity, demand forecasting, and project performance.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
