This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who knows Canadian public-company securities work and wants more autonomy, direct client exposure and interesting, sophisticated files.

We’d love to speak with you if you have experience with: - TSXV and/or CSE - SEDAR+ and SEDI - Continuous disclosure and Canadian securities requirements - Private placements and financings - Corporate governance and public-company records - Managing client files independently. You might currently be a Senior Securities Paralegal, Corporate Securities Paralegal, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Secretary Consultant or working in a similar public-company securities role.
