The ideal candidate should have experience in product-based environments, designing microservices, REST APIs, and customer-facing production applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Build and enhance cloud-native, high-performance applications.
Participate in architecture and system design discussions. Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and Data Engineering teams. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices. Required Skills : 5+ years of software development experience in product-based organizations. Strong backend development using Python, Golang, Node.js, Elixir, or similar technologies .
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and Distributed Systems . Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture. Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices. Preferred Skills : Experience building highly scalable distributed systems. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and observability tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
